Apple App Store — Licensed Application EULA
If you purchase Eytam Hub Premium through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app:

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Eytam Hub and Eytam provided by Eytam. By creating an account or using our apps, you agree to these Terms.

The service
Eytam Hub lets parents and guardians manage child Eytam profiles, pair devices, configure safety settings, receive safety alerts, and manage subscription access for the family account.
Eytam is the child-facing app. This family safety experience is not a substitute for parental judgment, school policies, or professional advice.
Parent responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to manage the children linked to your account.
You are responsible for account credentials, device pairing, and how alert settings are configured.
You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable child privacy and data protection laws.
Privacy and alerts
Eytam Hub is designed not to expose the content of your child's conversations. Parents receive alerts about the nature of a concern when safety rules trigger—not full chat transcripts. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Auto-renewable subscriptions (Eytam Hub Premium)
Eytam Hub Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store and Google Play. All purchases are processed by the applicable store; we do not offer payment outside the App Store or Google Play.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time: on iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android, go to Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Trial length, plan name, price, and billing period are shown in Eytam Hub before you confirm a purchase. If a subscription lapses or is canceled, child app access may be limited according to your account status.
Refunds are handled under the Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies, not directly by Eytam.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with safety systems, reverse engineer the apps except where permitted by law, or use Eytam or Eytam Hub to harass, exploit, or harm others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to users or the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eytam will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
